I went to the place on the referral of my primary Dr. I saw one of the providers. He looked at my X-rays and CT scan. He told me that I needed another test done. One of the office staff told me that they would call me with the appointment. I never heard anything.Not a very efficient place. Don't recommend going there. Because if you need testing done you probably won't hear from this place. So I will have to go back to my primary and see what to do next. I went back to my primary this week and she recommended that call this place. I did and of course I didnt hear anything. I tried 4 more times to get help. I had to leave messages. I did this and didn't hear anything. This type of practice is unacceptable and I will not go back here. I am going to someone else.If I could give zero stars I certainly would. I finally received some paperwork for the test I needed and when I looked at it this place ordered it for the wrong body part. My primary called me this afternoon and I will definitely be going to someone else. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE USE CAUTION!!! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!

Staff are polite and friendly. My child had a smith time with cast and removal. My issue is as a medical facility they are not enforcing a CDC guideline of masking in medical facility.

Doctors main office is clean and staff are polite. Patient rooms are worse for wear. 35m wait to a room which is normal these days. Patients are required to wear masks but their staff either do not wear them or wear them incorrectly I.e not covering nose. This also goes for the other sub office medical practices in this building as well.
