Payed $598 in December as a Civil penalty fee not to have my license suspended guess what had insurance since 10/28 yet they still suspended it stating I had no insurance I got a $200 ticket today from the lack of brain cells this place runs on thanks

You did get a card in the mail before your registration is do, and it will have the last day of your valid year on it. Usually, if you kept up with the registration and got it on time, it will be the same as the registration

No. In order to have a vehicle inspected in PA, you must have a valid registration and current insurance. It's illegal to even move the vehicle without registration, and you are required by law to turn in your license plate if you're registration isn't valid.
