Unit was in bad shape when I moved in. Everything was in various stages of falling apart, from the carpet to the appliances. You will be treated like inmates, with passive aggressive notices from management every once and a while. Very bad soundproofing between units, like overhearing conversations bad. Way too expensive for what you actually get.

This is a place you should avoid at all costs. It is severely run down bc no capital expenditures have been made in decades. The two women who manage the complex run it like the Hanoi Hilton. Even requests to fix appliances or get heat and hot water working is ignored and people who ask for repairs are abused by Misty and Meghan. Live in a tent on the golf course if you must live here:

Place is under new management and it’s not for the better. I help care for my parents who also live here or I would be out. The office staff isn’t just rude they are downright mean and the parking is atrocious.
