The food is good but my last two orders were missing things. My dipping sauces i paid for were not included in one and the other, the jalapeño-bacon cheese bread had no bacon and 1 small slice of jalapeño in the whole thing. I still like their pizza though.

Ordered 14 in pizza and 16 wings. Order came with 8 boneless wings saying they were out. Charged full price and 3.99 delivery charge. Bill was 50.00 including tip. Told we would get wing another order?? Like when??Price rediculous. Never again.

I asked for plates and napkins. Did I receive said plates and napkins? No. Last time I ordered the cinnamon bread rolls there was no drizzle on them so I asked if they could make sure there is drizzle on them this time. Was there drizzle on them? No. Not only did the delivery driver stand there and count the money in front of me like I was some sort of person who would short change them, he made me feel guilty for no tip/low tip. Not only do you charge an extra dollar for delivery but then you add an additional $3.99 delivery charge. They aren't driving their cars. They are driving company cars.

Ordered delivery yesterday at 6:52PM. Used the tracker and it said it delivered at 7:40PM. It had not delivered. I used the “help” feature on app and was told the manager was John. I called the store and asked if I was speaking to the manager and the person who answered said “I’m one of the managers” I told him our pizza had not delivered. He said the driver that had our pizza couldn’t find our address so they brought it back and it was given to another driver and if we don’t get it in 10-15 minutes then to call back. No apology from him, he was rude as if we shouldn’t be upset that my family and children were waiting an hour for dinner. I asked why we were not notified that this happened. I then called back and told them to just cancel the order, because of the lack of customer service and waiting over an hour for delivery. He was MORE than happy to cancel it. I asked if this was “John” and he said yes I knew this. Unprofessional, and quite disrespectful. We have ordered from this location many many times without issue. There should not have been any issues with finding our address, we are five minutes from the store in a known neighborhood. It would have been different had they apologized and offered some decent customer service. I contacted corporate to look into this store. We will no longer be customers of this establishment. Fix your management team.

We are sorry. Its Verizon. They have been down for a day and we are waiting on them to fix it. Our internet orders are working though!
