They didn't bother to turn off mybrother's car for the 2 days where we waited for tires. By the time we picked up his car it was completely dead and we barely made it to the station to charge it up. And when I called to let them know what had happened they were rude extremely rude.

They apparently don't honor their store hours, and will close early when it conveniences the employees. Much to the massive inconvenience of the customer, apparently. I ubered from my car to the store to find them closed early, with the employee still there, but he refused to open, or i guess reopen, even though it was still within their operating hours. Not great this was 8/24/22

I am from out of town and was at Childrens Mercy with a sick child and needed a tire repair. The service was absolutely fantastic!! Josh took great care if me and I made it back home. Thanks for making it stress free and as always taking care of customers. He went out of his way to help us and my daughter and I were able to get home safely. Thanks again!!
