This is the best snow ball place in new Orleans!! They actually take time to layer the flavors and syrup for every snowball. They start with a small amount of ice and syrup in the cup and then build 3 layers of finely shaved ice and syrup. They not stingy with the condensed milk. The line is always out the door because they take the time to do it right. They renowned in nola for good reasons. Definitely going back!!!

Yes they do. Not sure if there are any thry dont take but I have used my MC there a few weeks ago.
Do you mean why are they not open early in the morning? Most snoball stands have late afternoon through evening hours to reflect when kids are out of school & parents off-work, as well as a treat for the hottest part of the day.
Ice and flavored simple syrup theres a few milk based syrups as well.
