They have a nice gym for volleyball but they person at the desk wouldn't let is have it till 9 and the person I contacted said we could have it till ten.. in other words we didn't have the best experience here

Older building ran down, equipment in the workout are very outdated, price is way to much for what you get. They do have a good senior citizen program for all the older people. The woman who work there are nice and polite.

Mainly the weight room and the basketball courts, but they have all kinds of different classes and other things you can take part in for being a member.
