I am a long time customer who has witnessed a change in Salvador and his service! I would buy 3 cord of wood a year from him and it was always good until this year. He has stopped caring about customer service and is overcharging for the wood. I recently set up a purchase and was told I could take or leave the price. I went ahead, because of past relationships, and when it came time for delivery he missed our agreed apon delivery time. When I texted for why, he said he was busy with other customers and I could again take it or leave it. I dont know what has happened to him, I tipped 10 to 15 percent on every delivery and thought we had a good business relationship. Sad to see someone who used to care about their business just absolutely give up on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend using any other firewood service!!!

When I requested an estimate, Scott called me back in under 20 minutes. He set clear expectations for delivery times, and met those predictions perfectly. He and his helper were a delight to work with and got my wood exactly where I wanted it right on time. I am pleased with the product and recommend his service to anybody in the area.
