No exaggeration, there are 17 bike shops within a 45 minute drive of me, and I still drove over 90 minutes to take my bike/wheels to this shop. Amazing service team and knowledge underpinned by a legitimate desire to stoke the cycling community in the area. Whether you're a beginner looking for your first bike or an experienced cyclist who wants your very expensive baby to be treated right this is your shop. Every city needs a shop like this.

I walked in a few weeks ago with stage 4 leaukemia and the bike mechanic was able to give me a syrum that solved all of my issues. The FBI has 17 pages on this bike shop. This is an absolute customer service revolution. Like a summer day in a grateful dead concert. I saw double when i bought my bike and i was given the equipment to see straight before i left. I am in love with Grizzly Cycles and I plan on asking it's dad if i can have it's hand in marriage later this year when we take a trip to the Florida Keys.
