As I was saying, the girl on the phone was horrible, I've been going there for 20 years and I've never been treated so badly. She would even go ask the cooks. 20 years of order extra red sauce on a sandwich with zero difficulty. Until now.

I've always found that if I were to habe a problem that I could speak to the manager.

Why wouldn't the person who answered the phone let me get a little extra red gravy on my chicken parmesan sandwich? I offered to pay extra, expected to pay extra. She was rudely adamant, snarky in fact. She said there is no exta.

No they do not ship. But if you're in the French Quarter area I think they do GrubHub , UberEats, Waitr or those food delivery apps
