All my family is seen at this office we use to see Susan Anderson till she retired and now we see Melissa. All of the nurse practitioners and Doctors there have been really nice and helpful except one who I refuse to see her name is Nichole Falbo, I saw her for COVID I had been experiencing long term symptoms and it was almost as if I had narcolepsy. It was an early morning appointment and I didn't feel well but knew I had to go because of work. Because I couldn't keep my eyes open or even walk straight she ordered a drug test which I didn't know and she never told me all she said was she wanted to check my B 12 levels. I was exausted and didn't want to wait so I figured I'd go to the lab another day, later I went for my lab and found out one of the vials was for a drug check. This normally wouldn't bother me but I truly was having issues with staying awake because of Long term COVID affects and she never discussed or told me that I was under suspicion. If she had I would have submitted my blood work right away to prove a point. I don't like dishonesty, and I felt degraded and offended and that she would even think this if me. I will not see her again ever! Other than that everyone in the office is awesome. My son is autistic and also sees Melissa she is great with him! Me and my family will be keeping her as our primary care provider! Also Kristen Tarbox is great too!
