I absolutely love this office. I am super picky when it comes to my doctors. Everyone in this office is super helpful and welcoming. Unlike most offices now a days, you the patient are thier primary concern. Thier patient portal is super easy to use and get in touch with them when you need to. I make the 1 hour drive to this office and pay out of pocket as my insurance is considered out of network. It's well worth my money for the services they provide. I highly recommend this office. I can't thank them all enough.

Today 08/26/21 Would not see me to help me with the worst tooth pain of my life. Told me to just take ibuprofin and the antibiotics I was prescribed and that if I came in the office essentially there was nothing they could do. Doctors have an obligation to treat the pain of their patients and if they are not doing so they are failing their community. Who do we go to when we are having pain that makes us unable to do any of our daily tasks or job. And hopefully you don't have a job because how are you going to do your job when all you can think off is the pain in your tooth. Good luck to anyone in pain who is going to visit this office. Anyone who has dealt with tooth pain knows how painful it can get. It's no joke and very serious. These doctors have forgotten the code they swear too, to do no harm to any patient. Backstory: Dentist had pulled my tooth because it was infected and the tooth next to it had started to hurt. The dentist (Star Dental Cortland) said he would not prescribe anything stronger then ibuprofin and the antibiotics he had given me. I am in horrible pain what am I to do then? This is why i called their office and was met with this response.

Me and my first husband been going there for many years and seeing dr shobchak and then my first husband passaway and he done a great job with us than any of the other Dr that we have been seeing.I got remarried and then my new husband is now going there along with my step son is now too going there too.My son has alway been going and he worked very hard with him.I will continue to see him.
