After receiving care at a major VA Medical facility, the treatment/care here is somewhat subpar. There seems to be no sense of urgency, and I have had to return to the clinic on several occasions due to mistakes being made!😥It's like visiting Mayberry? Veterans deserve better from people who are there to SERVE THE VETERANS!! I will be transferring my Primary care back to NYC VA.

After weeks of attempting to get an appointment for my 89 year old father, we had a video appointment. The doctor told me to call his nurse "Theresa" and have her schedule physical therapy & home health checks. She was not empathetic to his needs, more concerned with her own and getting covid. she informed me that she could "put the requests out there, but it would be 1 to 3 months before he could get any service" she said everyone is suffering now and I needed to understand she would not put other nurses at risk???
