I stood in the store for 10 minutes waiting on a order I watched them bag up and I was completely ignored by the entire staff no apology or anything I will NEVER SPEND MONEY with this franchise again

Not nearly as good mini Dunkin' donuts we have been to. Donuts were dry bagel turns so chewy it was hard to eat after 5 minutes. Not sure what is up with the store hopefully that was a one-time occurrence.

So this location as well as the one out in Leicester..I had to change my 5 star review to a 1. This place messed up my order my last two visits and my Stepdad has also mentioned they screwed up his order twice (in a row) and he won't be returning. I might give this place one more chance when I'm back in town visiting relatives.
