To lose my Mom has been THE saddest experience in my life, and it did not even compare to the cancer treatment I received during the same time. After Mom passed, the Social Worker reported that Mom was very depressed. I was my Mom's health care proxy. Why was I told this AFTER Mom died? When Mom left Presbyterian Home and was moved to St. Luke's 'Comfort Care' the Head Nurse reported Mom had a very deep bed sore as well as C-Diff. These diagnoses prove poor care. I am left to live with much regret and anger toward the Presbyterian Home. Please pay attention to the reviews that report facts. Do not trust that your loved one is being cared for as they try to portray.

As my Mom's advocate, I'm very pleased with the way she's been treated by all. The staff works hard to keep my Mom happy. They don't have an easy job! Alyssa (Social Worker), Betty (Volunteer at the front desk), and SO MANY of the nurses, Food Service, and Presbyterian Staff, all need to be applauded. Thank you for all you do on a daily basis.

My mom was in this place because I thought it was reputable. My mistake. My mom wasn't bathed properly. Her hair wasn't shampooed. She didn't get any help cleaning her dentures. I was picking up her clothes because I wanted to use our laundry detergent. I was late picking up her clothes. The staff brought her dirty clothes back and put them back into her dresser. This type of care is rather disgusting. To top it off her prescription glasses were stolen. The home tried to put the blame on my mom for losing them. My mom was under 14 day quarantine due to covid-19. She knew exactly what she did with her glasses. I wanted full Reimbursement for the glasses but only received 1/2 of what my mom paid for her glasses. This was wrong. It wasn't my mom's fault that they were stolen. I couldn't wait to get her out of this p.ace. I would reccomend anyone go there. It's horrible

I would NEVER bring my father here again for rehab or any other services. Communication with the staff is minimal and some don't sound happy in their positions. Pretty much made it seem it was going to be by their rules or you could leave AMA and be high and dry with no help. At his discharge today no one explained the discharge with me and the paperwork was minimal at best. They even started him on new medication and did not mark when he last received anything either. When I got home noticed his nails had not been trimmed and his skin was peeling on his lower legs and feet which had not seemed to be addressed.
