Absolutely horrible customer service. Tried to set up my new account. Took several calls that were left on hold for over 39 minutes. When I called back for a third time, they said they can't connect me because I have a Verizon cell phone. Really?? I have to step away and try another time. SMH

They have shut my water off multiple times for construction without telling me. Lost a lot of business and had pipes freeze up both times at my car wash locations. They don’t offer any compensation.
