Sorry for the poor stars. Actually excellent inside the petro. 3 stars are for the parking. Over half the the parking is reserved leaving not much parking for the under privileged.

Restaurant is closed Sunday and has limited hours. No dinner hours whatsoever. Very limited deli. Though there is a Indian restaurant across the street. You can’t attribute that to TA- Petro. No drivers lounge. Seems rustic and bare. I’ve seen the separate Petro fueling buildings with better selection and deli then this Petro main building has. 2/3 of the parking is the highway robbery reserved pay for parking spaces. The only redeeming factor is that the truck stop actually exists. The only thing TA did when they bought out Petro is destroy everything from customer service to cleanliness. Then produce low grade cafeteria food at best for truckers away from home to feel like they just ate high priced slop. The only reason they stay in business is because of the lack of choice in parking and they have a shower.

After 45 minutes of waiting on our to go order, the waitress asks me to pay my ticket. Me, thinking my order must be almost done, went ahead and paid. I then asked her how much linger it would be. She said she did not know but assured me that it was being cooked. 30 more minutes have passed and I just got my order. This only applies to the cook. The waitress was great. She did everything she could. The cook did nothing.. Half the time he was outside, not even cooking.

A red-haired staff member remained silent. I waited for half an hour at the place where I ordered the food and never got my food. She did not say a word until I walked away.
