Had a great experience. Mr. Barbosa did a tattoo for myself and my spouse. He was very clean and followed every possible sanitary rule that might exist, which we really appreciated. His linework was fantastic and he was very understanding and did such a wonderful job. I hope we can get a tattoo again from him next year!

Tattoo shops in Kansas city MO cannot tattoo anyone under the age of 18
If the child is under 5 we would recommend someone to supervise. Of course all children are on different levels of maturity so this plays a factor as well. As long as the child is well mannered and not a distraction then it’s fine.
In Kansas city you have to wait until you are 18. Period.
Yes we can. We’d prefer you come into the shop when you can so that we can see the scars you have and discuss your tattoo ideas .
