We had some challenges initially with my business account but she has been so responsive, professional and a delight to work with. I am only with this week institute because it her dedication to providing a first class experience.

Do yourself a huge favor and choose a small local bank or credit union. Chase is a corrupt organization and this branch specifically has helpless employees. So much so that I’ve closed my business account and am now closing personal. Nothing but problems here.

I'm thinking maybe the bank had a bad rep from earlier since a lot of comments are from a while ago (and it definitely did make me worried coming to this Chase seeing some of those reviews). Maybe when it first opened or something (new to the area so not sure), but my experience today was pretty flawless! In and out in about 10 minutes to make a deposit/get a cashier's check. They had 1 teller but then a 2nd came by and started to help too so it went pretty fast.

As Johnathan Pennington stated, I went into this branch to open a business account for my LLC,. and was also told there was no one there to assist me but an appointment could be made. I needed the account today so I told them I would go to my Credit Union. I was then told to hold on a minute and was told I could come back at 3:00PM today for Andrea to assist me due to a cancellation. I went back at 3:00PM but my appointment was cancelled and no one called me to let me know. I would also like for you to keep in mind today was a snowy, icy road day so common courtesy would have been nice to let me know my appointment was cancelled. The way the lady told me the appointment was cancelled was't even believable. I don't think she even believed what she told me for the reason of cancellation. I left and called the State Line Store and just them answering the phone was enough Customer Service for me. The lady that answered stated the same about no one was available but knew someone cancelled and she let me know. I was then told that I would get a call back if the Customer did not show up and they were giving him/her a little more time. As I was heading that way in case of the cancellation happening for sure, I got a call back as I was pulling up! I hate I don't remember her name but she is the epitome of Customer Service! She told me Tyler was waiting for me and he got me taken care of! Customer Service goes a long way with me and the Stateline store has it!
