75 min before closing. We are a party of three. 15 min no engagement whatsoever from anyone. They showed us to our table. Literally, no other customers are in the restaurant. One employee at the bar cleaning. One employee vacuuming. Manager strolls in and I ask him, if he wants us to leave or take or order. He WANTS us to leave with his awful staggered statement. Listen, 3 of 3 times, I have tried to enjoy BWs and to be open minded and each time it's an epic Fail. This place is the epitome of failed management. We left as the Manager wanted so he could get back to waltzing in circles. No acknowledgement, no owning of his lack of attentiveness to running the business; just a blatant "eh, 65 minutes to closing attitude. BW Corporate/Leavenworth, save our resources and just update your hours to say, we don't work after 7pm. Inspect what you expect. Details of who's on shift or running that circus: August 31st, last 2 hours before closing. If you want to be treated like 2nd class citizens or to be treated like customers are bothering management, this is the place.
