Definitely regretting going here, but I was desperate to fix a previous Hair Cuttery issue. My stylist came across as not caring or that she even cared about her job. She went as far as calling me over by gesturing with her index finger, instead of greeting me by name, like I'm some kind of dog or child. My cut was shorter than I asked for, and felt like I was completely ignored during our "consultation" if you can even call it that. Budget cuts, mediocre stylist, and definitely why paying extra to go to a real stylist is probably the route you should take.

The person I had was Sheema, absolutely horrible,was in a terrible mood, sprayed so much hair spray and even got some in my eyes..She would spray it for 10 seconds at a time without even looking. Cut my hair with ONE hand! It is so uneven I even had to go to a different place to get it fixed! My hair was so full if leave-in conditioner I almost threw up. Do not come here if you want to enjoy your life.

Called ahead to see the wait time and the women I spoke with was very nice and professional. It made me excited to go. Unfortunately I did not get that women. The women I got Sheema, didn’t seem to be in a good mood, cut my hair using one hand instead of both.. By doing that, she would press the non sharp side of the scissors against my neck when cutting, which was uncomfortable and at times hurt. It felt like she didn’t care, rushed, and did not want to be there. Made me feel very uncomfortable and not easy to communicate my wants about my hair to her. She ended up taking way more off the back then I wanted/asked for. She also did not cut my bangs correctly, when I got home and brushed it, I had to cut my bangs myself because she missed long pieces. I was really looking forward to this hair cut, left feeling disappointed and not happy.
