Called for pricing and was happy with the prompt quote. Ordered a canvas print as a gift, prices were fantastic (better than online providers), turn-around was fast and it came out perfectly. I sincerely appreciate that they even provided mounting hardware so I could hang it easily. I'd definitely use Poor Richard Leavenworth for future projects!

Much more expensive than before - far lower quality, poor customer service... Several pages were not bound properly - when I tried to point this out the lady turned away and began speaking to another customer. This was NOT the type of service and value I had received before they moved to the smaller location.
