Took chainsaw in for fuel problem. After calling and stopping in for 9 months they sent a letter by mail saying it was done. Repair cost of 150 dollars. One week later I tried to start it and it was leaking fuel so I took it back. They took it and said it will be done ASAP. After calling and stopping in for 5 months it was done except it needed some adjusting. I waited and took it with me. There was no charge. 8 days later I tried to start it and gas ran out of carburetor just like they did nothing to it. I GAVE UP AND BOUGHT A NEW ONE. The thing that bothered me the most is the lies they told why it wasn't fixed.
