Tried to upsell me over $3000 in parts including things I just had replaced within the last week. All I wanted was an alignment and they kept me waiting for an hour to tell me they wouldn't do it unless I bought all these repairs several weren't even related to alignment. Very disappointed

This was the business the rental company used, so the choice was not ours. While service was quick and overall satisfying, one of the employees felt the need to remove and keep the expensive braided phone cord that was plugged in as a tip........We didn't notice the discrepancy until we arrived home. VERY disappointed.
