There is a nurse on staff here that doesn’t care about HIPA at all told his girlfriend about my son’s test results we know the nurse’s girlfriend she decided on it was funny to tell everyone my son’s business as a former nurse this makes me question all the staff and makes me question if they tell every patients personal business This urgent care use to be in my opinion the best 1 caring staff listened to you and got down to finding out what treatment you’d need now I personally won’t go back nor will anyone in my family or any of our friends

1 star for the receptionist. Would give the nursing staff 5 stars so I’m meeting in the middle with 3 stars overall. When I got there the receptionist was very dismissive towards me. I was there for a covid test and it was not busy at the time, she told me that she did not know if they would test me because I “wasn’t that Ill” and that “I should go somewhere else that does them regularly”. I was exposed to covid from my mother who came in a few days prior to this exact urgent care, resulting in her POSITIVE test result for covid 19. I insisted on checking in anyway and was called back within 5 minutes. It was only a pleasant experience once I got to the back and was tested.
