Tell other companies false information about previous employees to cover their shoddy company. Don't answer calls from drivers when broke down, don't fix their trucks

It is based on percentage of the load, I was paid 25% but have worked for them for a while. I averaged 2000 to 3000 every week and I was more regional staying in the Midwest. I was home every weekend but might be different for OTR. I've heard but don't quote me, every 2 weeks for being home.
