Normally this is my favorite place. I always leave big tips. I got my 2 everything bagels with cream cheese. First bagel, not much cream cheese but I figured it's whatever. Open my 2nd...where's my cream cheese!? There's barely anything on it. It's a big piece of dry bread. I'll make my own if you're going to charge me a high price and not put on the full amount that it's supposed to have. I'm so disappointed. I tried calling this location and there was no answer.

The staff are great. However they recently advertised that their dining room is open but when I went to the door at 7:30 on a Sunday it was locked so I don't know if they have different dining hours and they do before drive-thru hours but it was kind of annoying because the staff just looked at me and didn't come to the door so I guess I was a little confused. I come here all the time mostly through drive-thru though and generally the staff is super great except for this one time.

I never write reviews, but their customer service at this location was so bad I wanted to. The lady at the window was screaming inside about how she’s going to lose it, she yelled at me that they were understaffed just because I was looking in the window waiting for my coffee. Then she got an attitude when they messed my drink up, and had to fix it. Just constantly yelling and complaining the whole time is an understatement. I don’t mind waiting longer since places are understaffed, but the older lady had the worst attitude I’ve experienced at a business.

They never have anything available. The middle aged women that works the window is nice, and she is probably the best thing this place has going for them.
