One star because I cannot leave zero. I used to love this place because of the vegan options but what happened? I went there, rang the bell and no one came to her window waited over 10 minutes. When I looked in the window, there were two girls, one blonde sitting on the counter and the other standing, just talking away completely ignoring us waiting at the window. When they saw me they got up quickly but did not service the window. I asked the drive through person if anyone was working and she said she would be right there but I had waiting too long at that point. Two younger boys left before me as well with nothing. This was at 3:50PM 7/28. Sadly, after this poor experience. I will not be back. You may want to talk with the employees that you are paying to work for you before you lose all of your business.

Very nice, workers used universal safety procedures and they had an employee wiping down tables after each customer left. Very quick. Delicious ice cream and LARGE servings!!! Lol would def go back!!

I see this guy outside the shop and thought "he looks like he likes baseball". His daughter comes out with a softball jersey on. I see another guy there and think "he looks like he likes golf" sure enough he turns around and is wearing a I love golf shirt. Lastly I think to myself "this place looks like they know how to handle ice cream". I think you know what happened next

Local business serving our community. Employees are great!! Offering suggestions when kids are overwhelmed with the selection offered. When our family had an issue with an item the problem was resolved with a smile.
