Food was great, my only complaint was that the service was a little slow( for a fast food restaurant). Every one was kind and the lady that handed me my food was very apologetic. I will definitely be returning back.

This visit was probably the worst ever!! There was not a table in the dining room that wasn’t dirty. Out of unsweetened tea, no ketchup, didn’t bring Our complete food order. Napkin holders were pretty disgusting. I noticed the mall having gloves are in but one girl came from outside touching the doors and then handed me a food container when I asked, with the same gloves on. Another worker was writing with an ink pen and touching food containers. Didn’t bring the cheese dip we ordered didn’t bring salad dressing that we ordered the mashed potatoes were cold. We probably won’t be back to this location. Hayes and 23 miles is much better!!

True Bookworm

Wow.... What a difference a location makes. First time visit to this Culver's and everyone in my group was very impressed. I ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich with only mustard, onions, pickles and jalapenos and it was made perfectly. Furthermore, the sandwich actually looked like the sandwiches you see on the television commercial. Everything tasted fresh and was well prepared. The staff at this location really treat customers with respect.

The staff at this location are regularly overburdened with customers, and yet they're accurate, helpful, and friendly. If they get something wrong, they'll quickly fix it, without getting frustrated with you. I appreciate their resilience, …
