Customer service at this location has severely gone downhill. The lady who runs self checkouts in the evenings is always very rude and never wants to help when you have any questions it's always call 1-800 Kroger. The night manager Mel is extremely unhelpful and would rather stand around and talk then do her job. If you're thinking about going to the Kroger in the evening, I would suggest you drive a few more miles down the street to either location to get better customer service because the staff at this location is useless.

Don’t use check out lane 3 does not have a camera above it and they will not give money back because they can’t see that register Ashley behind customer service is rude as can be and admitted she wasn’t vaccinated knowing the mask mandate is still in effect worst krogers I’ve been to in a long time

Walked into the store at 10:58 pm on a Saturday night. Was greeted by a very rude cashier that insisted "the store was closed". It's 10:58 and the store closes at 11- so guess what, it's NOT closed. For all of you that want to run me through the mud, save your time. I came for ONE item which I spotted walked to get and was checked out by 11:02. During my so into the store I was screamed at by "Hailey", who apparently is a customer service manager. I was also PHYSICALLY touched and pushed by another employee who insisted I was "not going to shop" and they would "call the cops". , Kroger, is this how you train your employees? I was in and out of the store before the previous customer even finished checking out!
