This place is beyond ridiculous. Was supposed to be a drop and hook, appt time from 0130-0730 am... its now 1930 and I'm still waiting..apparently I'm still being "loaded". I'll turn this place down from here on out, this is ridiculous.

Looonggg wait, appt for 12.30pm arrived at 11.30am its now 19.20pm and i am still not done, delivery in the morning, 600 miles. Waiting Almost 8hrs here daytime , came with fresh logbook, now have to drive during night time and wait during next day for log book to open. Went and told this multiple times to office, and no help.

This place is a joke. They can only seem to be able to handle one or two trucks at a time but they over book their loadouts and make driver's wait an entire day for their loads. Don't see them staying in business long.
If you are a trucker, i beleve as long qs u hqve a load u should be fine but if u dont then no. However i would also ask the gaurd shack or traffic control when u arrive
