After opening ten minutes late, we receive awful customer service. While addressing an issue, the sales associate said “corporate controls the website so we don’t have to follow what it says” and walked away. You are forced into buying high dollar gear when the website says you can rent it. Very disappointed with the lack of respect for confused customers. Winterplace location.
