I just tried to transfer meds. They claim out of 7 prescriptions they only could find three. Prior to this the technician was madty and because I did not request all to be refilled at a cost of $200.00 due to donut hole she threw the bag to the floor stating that's not a problem. She admitted.to midundersing whe I requested.a refill on one. Bad experience and will not return as.they are overpriced and don't help you to save. I have a membership with GoodRx and they did.not even check it for amount that was covered

This CVS in Farmville VA has a very nice variety of merchandise, and the staff person who saw me was very friendly and asked if I needed help finding anything. I just went inside with a friend who was picking up a prescription for his elderly father. It was nice just to look around on this visit, and I definitely will be back soon to purchase some Halloween decorations or candy!

I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. The only reason I’ve been going is because our insurance dropped Walgreens. But I will drive 30 minutes to go somewhere else because their “protocols” are somehow different than other pharmacies. Everyone that works in the pharmacy with the exception of like 1-2 people are rude. If you can fill your medicine somewhere else- save yourself the headache and do it.

Very unpleased with how the pharmacy dynamics are ran in this store. They are very unorganized. Had prescriptions transferred from a non cvs store and it literally took cvs 4 days to fill the prescriptions and all the prescriptions had refills on them except for one of them. In which I can understand the lengthy timing due to having to contact a Dr. for refills. On the top of the prescription paperwork it says promised on 1/11/20 here it is 1/14/20 and only got 3 of the 4 prescriptions today that were promised on 1/11/20. No one bothered to call about needing to contact the doctor or anything. When I went to the pharmacy on 1/11/20 the cashier Stephanie told me it would be 30 to 40 minutes before the prescriptions would be ready. Waited and they were still not ready. No one even at that time stated that they needed authorization from the Dr. for one of the prescriptions. The 3 out of the 4 were finally ready today 1/13/20. Also the cashier Stephanie is very monotone and not knowledgeable about pharmacy practice. Her customer service skills are dreadfully bad. Also while standing in line other patuebts are getting calls that their prescriptions are ready and when they get there they are told they are not ready and not sure why they are getting calls that they are and that it would be 30 to 40 minutes and have been sitting there for almost 2 hours waiting for their prescriptions. Someone needs to get in that pharmacy and get everyone on the same page and get organized. They also could use a lot more pharmacy personnel to help out with their demand of patient's prescriptions. This place is ridiculous. But because Walgreens doesn't accept one of the insurances that we have to use and the pharmacy staff at Walmart are rude and nasty. So CVS is the only place left to get prescriptions unless we go all the way down to Chesterfield. CVS needs to step their game up in all aspects.
