Terrible chili dogs no onions

Did a quick stop to get some DQ fast food. Been to other DQ and they were great. Fast in and out. Not this location. Placed order and waited 30 minutes. They were out of bums so they use white bread instead. Sad to say we didn't get the DQ foodie experience I am used to. The manager pretty much say that is our order minus the bums. Didn't offer to refund. Order-Bums=No Order. I am not a happy customer. For this DQ, Happy doesn't taste Good.

I've been driving for 16 hours and I haven't had a worse restaurant. all I wanted was a cheeseburger with just cheese, and they couldn't even get that right. it was extremely dry and cold, even the fries. you would think soda wouldn't be that hard to screw up either but it just tasted watered down. worst 20 minute weight of my life. I could have just starved on the road and made better time.

We waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. When they handed us our blizzards, they were dripping. When we complained they put lids on them, Making a bigger mess. So then we asked for fresh ones, and they got rude. They made them but they were obnoxious. There were 4 workers, and only one person working. She wiped her hands on her clothes while she was preparing our ice cream. One worker was making her own drink and totally ignoring customers. Rude, sloppy and inefficient. We won't be back.
