Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered two sausage McMuffins; the muffins were burnt to a crisp. I returned them, was super frustrated so I sent my wife in with them. They gave her 2 more. She checked them over but watched the girl in the front take the burnt ones and put them in someone else's sack. I touched those sandwiches and opened them both up and they were literally burnt to a crisp. I'm so angry about this. She informed the lady the burnt one's had been placed in a bag for another customer. They still gave them to someone else. Called back to speak to the manager Nathan, we were offered a free med size meal for our trouble. Thanks for the meal but ughhhhhhh

When you offer a free "Double Cheeseburger" with the purchase of $1 or more on "National Cheeseburger Day" that's exactly what you should get. Not drive home and open the bag to find a single cheeseburger. It's to late and to far to go back and complain. I shouldn't have expected any less. Maybe it's my falt for having an unrealistic expectation of good customer service. I Apologize!!!
