I still not sure how this place still open, with all the negative reviews . Very unprofesional, WORST SERVICE someone ever experince. Makes clients with SPECIAL NEEDS WAIT FOR HOURS . PLEASE DONT EVEr GO TO THIS PLACE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, YOU CAN GO TO A BETTER DOCTORS OFFICE IN CORAL GABLES .

UNFURTANELY YESTERDAY WAS THE WORS EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE; I HAD NEVER EVER BEING TREATED SO DIDRESPCTFULY BY AN OPTHOMETRIST NAME ALYX LIN. WHEN I WALK INTO HER OFFICE WEARING A MASK, SHE SAY TO ME, THAT I BELONGED TO THE GROUP WHO DO NOT BELIEVE IN MASK AND THAT SHE WAS NOT A MASK DOCTOR , SHE WAS AN EYE DOCTOR AND THAT I COULD CANCEL MY APPOINTEMENT AND LEAVE, MY MASK WAS A LITTLE LOOSE OVER MY NOSE, AND THEN SHE TRIED TO PUT SCOTCH TAPE ON MAY FACE TO RESECURE THE MASK. I AM GIVING YOU ONE START BECAUSE I AM NOT ALOW GIVE THE WORST RATING POSSIBLE. SHE ALSO TREATED THE FRONT OFFICE EMPLOYES VERY BAD, WHN THEY INFORM HER THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, SHE SHOULD BE FIRE INMEDEATILY.

Cruising on the "best eye hospital in the world" but it's an operational mess. They got our test results mixed up... 2 years latter still don't have them. Keeping getting incorrect invoices. Greedy doctors that care about volume and spent 5 minutes with us. Not impressed.
