So much BBQ sauce on the wings that I could not eat it. Even after wiping it off. Never had a pizza that was inedible. Now I have. Not to mention it was put on the ground.

I used this location two times when we were vacation in Williamsburg. I ordered online and go there for pick up all the staffs are more friendly and welcomed you starting from you entered to the store. It's more better order to get discount coupon.

Nothing against the local restaurant but the nation brand need to stop putting pressure on the local stores if the local restaurant can't handle the orders. Second time I had to go to pick up my order because the local store can't delivery my food. It's all good. I just wished I would have knew up front.

Very unpleasant experience. I ordered my pizza around 9:30 and all was well until I reached the quality check. I wanted on quality check for over 30 minutes before calling the store and politely asking for an update. Everyone on the phone was very nice. I was told the driver had just left to bring me my food to my house. Another 20-30 minutes pass and I call again. And they say that they’re short on drivers. I completely understand and wait another 30 minutes before I get a text saying my order was canceled. I tried calling them a few times and they didn’t pick up. I then went to the location and asked about my order to see if I can just pick it up. They told me that the driver came back and they canceled EVERY order. They also told me that they had threw away my order. I left right after I got the text. And I don’t live more then 7 minutes from the location. They offered me two free pizzas and I was grateful. The young man that handed me the boxed checked them before handing them to me and didn’t say anything. But when I got back to my home I opened the box and noted that both of the pizzas were ate from. I know they were free but I still think it was very unsanitary. Time span-> 9:30 PM - 12:00 AM
