Just like it looks a splash park but I did witness people meeting for drug deals. Not sure what drugs. Return is possible yet I feel like it is a homeless hideout.

Generally from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend. They turn off the water before sunset and always for thunderstorms and lightning.
Yes! The water is clean and cool. We visited last Friday afternoon. Have fun!
Yes; I believe they're the same as pools. They have been open since memorial day
We had family visiting from California and they said it was the best Splash Park and play area they had ever seen!
Not that I know of. I think Independence decided not to have any of their water parks or splash pads open this summer.
It's open until 8 pm. I don't think is going to be closed on labor day.
