I’ve now purchased two Vapes from Henry’s. After I bought the first one I came back in a couple weeks later for more coils. I was told they were out. “Okay” I thought no big deal, sometimes stocks run low. However this was not the case. They rarely ever have the coils for the vape that THEY sell. Last time I was in, I was very frustrated because I only had a short amount of time. So I picked up a different cheaper one. Just called and guess what? No coils for either one. It really bothered me that the reps attitude was like “oh well we’ll get them when we get them” Why don’t you support your product? Have had this problem for months now with your operation This has been a consistent issue since Dec. 2019*Hello! We are sorry to hear about your experience at Henry’s. We typically carry all necessary accessories and coils for all devices in our inventory, but with the current manufacturing shortage of products due to COVID-19 most vape shops are not currently able to obtain and provide everything to our customers in a timely manner, ours included. Please let us know specifically which coil you were looking for, and as soon as we get it in we will be happy to let you know.
