Waited at the hostess stand to be seated, was told by two different people someone would with us, never happened. We received an eye roll by what appeared to be the female manager on duty after we sat ourselves at a high top in the bar. Several minutes later the bartender came and took our orders. We were a party of three. Two of the meals finally came out and it took at least 10 minutes for the third meal to come out. Food was mediocre at best. The bathrooms were disgusting!Then there was the roach that came crawling by to say hello that did it for me! Discount or not, this place is nasty!

We arrived and was seated immediately. We sat there for about 15 or 20 minutes before a server even stopped by our table. Now about 5 or 6 servers passed by our table and no one asked if we had been helped. I don't see me going there anytime soon.

Why do I keep coming back? It is definitely not the food!!! One may think you just don't care bacause my options are limited in this part of town... The medium well steak was so done that it was crunchy, mashed potatoes were good once I worked thru the crust it had from sitting in the oven too long. Lime chicken was tasty but it also sat in the oven too long with the mashed potatoes HARD dome. The cheese pasta was bland and the sweet sauce on the tenders did not go with the dish. All together... terrible. Thank you for making some good fries.

We felt very rushed out of the door when the restaurant was not busy - boxes pushed on us within a couple of minutes of receiving our entree, no refills on drinks, had to ask for napkins. We won’t be coming back. Service needs to drastically improve.
