I was driving through late a night. Since I am a honors member. Stopped request a room if available. A room was available. $194 one person. At 2am of the morning. I said to the young lady. It's 2 am. Do you think somebody is going to get that room at that price? Her response was. Somebody might. I would take the room for a lower price. But I'm sure she didn't have the authority to make a change like that. I went across the street. King size bed for $80

I stayed here on May 28th 2022 for one night with my family then got charged &164 for cleaning fee. I called the manager he said because we trashed the room and the carpet was wet and he said they have proof and pictures of our room so I asked him to send pictures and he did boy I was super surprised of the pictures of our room so I told the manager that’s not the room we checked in I was so disgusted of what they were insinuating about me and my family!someone literally put all the food on the floor and wet the carpet and put stained on the sheets omg I cannot believe it! We did not put all the food on the floor! He said we’re not going to get our refund because we trashed the room! This Manchester Hampton inn hotel is scammer I don’t know who did this to us but he said the housekeeper the him went upstairs and took the pictures we got scammed all the way!! Beware of this locations make sure to take a pictures when you guys check out they will going to do that not only to my family! I already contacted the Hilton corporate but since we don’t have proof that we didn’t do it they cannot do nuthing uselesss! I wish for the Hilton to do something about our case because we did not do it trashing the room! I am so disappointed on Hilton hotel so please I am begging for people to make sure to take pictures! They can keep the money but I want to show the world what they did to us! Lesson learned! Take a video and take pictures check in check out! I am disgusted for accusing us the thing we didn’t doit! Please Hilton take matter on this one! The manager is very rude! Please people come out and do reviews for this Hampton inn locations so we can have justice!

Quiet atmosphere, and centrally located hotel to our destination (The Caverns, in Pelham,TN). Decent breakfast choices, and beautifully decorated
