Wish I could give this chapel a negative star review. They really don’t deserve even a one star. Horrible service, mockery throughout the ceremony. Rude photographer. Did not provide services that were promised and hoped for. Would definitely not recommend. Made my cousin cry multiple times over this when all she wanted was a happy day. Also might I add, the service was very much rushed through. Also the owner commented back on a review from my cousin the bride, and she lied. We as guests all showed up together and were on time.

Do NOT recommend this place for any kind of event. Owner is down right nasty and I cannot believe she has the audacity to treat people the way she does. Stay FAR away from this place and have your big day at a place with people who actually care. Just look at the below review, she called a reviewer snarky. Just WOW. So unprofessional.

Find first impressions was that it was a drive-through Vegas Chapel. You know the ones that rush you through with no regard of previous agreed-upon arrangements for your special day. But what do you expect found something in California. They claim to care for you only to screw you over. As for the price I'd recommend doing anything else. Very unprofessional, so please stay away if you care about your special day

I came to a wedding there in the month of May. Not only did they not provide the services they agreed upon, but the officiant called the bride by the wrong name throughout the entire ceremony. THE WRONG NAME. She was rude, overwhelming, and just plain messy. You'd think, after the introduction, and communication prior to the ceremony, that she would know the brides name: Which lead me to believe that this was done maliciously. They did not allow for the bride to walk down the aisle, as they did not have the speakers as promised due to "the speaker breaking" a week prior, with no notice given. The photographer was rude, and actually moved decorations to sit down, just setting the decor on the floor, leaving no stool for the wedding book. Telling people to "get out of the way". All around terrible service, and 10/10 would NOT recommend.
