If you want to go frustrated go to this branch. I was told to call Wells Fargo and make an appointment as they dont have bankers available for a wire, also they dont have a manager to talk to, on top of that they were not nice about it. “Its Covid Sr. We are understaffed” the local credit union has better service than this. Overall just move your money away from WellsFargo. Fees are high returns are almost nothing…

They never pick up there phones , and then when you travel there all the way by bus , then they tell you that you need to Call and schedule and appointment. After moving from the troutdale branch to Beaverton I have been having the hardest time contacting my own bank .

Wells Fargo and particularly this location is excellent on every level. Without going in to specific details, employees from this branch went over and above required customer service and expectations to help my family and I. On more than several occasions in fact. In my experience, there is a difference unfortunately between the service this local branch is providing vs Wels Fargo Bank Main Corporate. I suspect that if you have experienced something contrary to what I have, it may be factors or activity outside of this branch location’s control. Something to keep in mind when posting negative comments as I have had nothing but polite, respectful and excellent service here.I’m glad to read you had such a wonderful experience at this location.
