I have never been inside this place first of all but I called to hopefully get insight as to if Dr. has ever treated my condition. The phone went straight to their voicemail... The gist of the girl that totally sounds like she had a had some Mary Jane prior to making the greeting message. Very slow, unsure what she was going to say in their message and absolutely nothing about if this is a emergency hang up call 911. Sheez even my dermatologist message says that. I was really put off at the lack of professionalism of that greeting they have as my 1st impression I said as much on my message I left and decided that I'd rather go somewhere that at least sounds somewhat intelligent.. so I want a Dr that cares about his office image , set some kinda example to your group , let people know you care by have staff that cares..

Dr Siman and his entire staff are wonderful. Dr Siman is beyond professional, compassionate, understanding and listens to his patients. The Office Supervisor, Leslie, goes above and beyond her office duties to assist patients. She is also professional, compassionate and was an excellent advocate for me. Hello, she can definitely get a test. We accept most PPO insurance, Medicare, and cash payment. We offer antigen and antibody testing. Her best option would be to go straight to our testing site. (Stat Med Group Medical Testing Center 73625 Hwy 111 Suite C Palm Desert 92260) Near Keedy's diner. They are open 8am-11:30am and 1pm-4:30pm

I dont know if they take IEHP or not. There are two ways of testing for Covid-19. The nose swab which tells you if you are positive or negative. And the other one where they poke your finger and that tells you if you have had it in the past.

Hi Amy, our testing center is located at 73-625 Hwy 111 Suite B in Palm Desert near Keedy's diner. You can get a rapid result test there 7 days a week. Results typically are emailed to you within an hour.

Hello, the tests are free for most PPO insurance and Medicare. Otherwise cash walk-ins are $150 for antigen and $125 for antibody tests. There are discounts for business customers.
