Where do I start? This was not my first experience shopping at the appliance outlet, but it was my first visit to the store in Broadview IL. I was making a purchase on behalf of a sick friend. I was warmly greeted by Dee who showed me where to find the dishwashers. WOW! What a selection! Dee offered to assist me in any way if I needed but also gave me some space to shop at my leisure. Once I made my final selection, Dee asked her coworker made sure to wrap my appliance carefully. The price was more than fair and I could not be HAPPIER! They even helped me load it into the van! Thank you so much Dee (ROCKSTAR!!) for your professionalism and your kindness. Great overall experience from start to finish. Recently purchased a refrigerator. The option to have them deliver the refrigerator and remove the one being replaced was great. We had a great experience with the team that handled the jab once the new refrigerator arrived. Very professional.

No. Both Sears Outlet and the new American Freight Appliance, Furniture, Mattress are completely separate entities from Sears and Sears' parent company TransformCo. In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.
