This is the worst OBGYN I’ve ever been too. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Doesn’t matter when I show up for my appointments. I’m waiting in the waiting area for over an hour. This has happen multiple times. Once I’m in the room they keep me waiting again. I had to walk out without seeing the doctor . Now I’m having surgical procedure done. I’ve done blood work and X-rays. I’ve called everyday since the 17th and left a voicemail everyday and they refuse to call me back to schedule my surgery. I called today and spoke to someone and I was promised the appointment setter would call me back. No surprise I still haven’t had a call back. God forbid if this was life or death. We need doctors / OBGYN in hemet that care about their patients.

This office is a fraud. I gave them my insurance card but they failed to run my insurance on the day of my appointment. A month after I got a billed stating I got to pay them $225. On the invoice, they did processed the claim BUT a week after of the service. If they did it on the day of my appointment and did their job right, they would’ve of know and told me that I have a copay but because of their lack of knowledge and training at their billing department they bypass my insurance. I have to call my insurance and find out that they’re not in my network. I wish the girls at the front desk would’ve told me that or gave me a chance to call my insurance first OR go somewhere where its supposed to be COVER 100% under my insurance plan if I go to IN Network. I would not recommend this place. They’re dishonest people, incompetent, they lack of knowledge and training when it comes to handling business.

Office staff should get a 1 star. Dr. and nurses 5 stars. I've been coming here since I first found out I was pregnant. You'll have no problem getting your appointments but if you need ANYTHING be prepared to call the office daily until you get what you need. This includes referrals, and medications. Don't believe them when they say they'll do something like submit a referral until it's actually approved. I learned the hard way. But now that I know to call them daily until I get what I need I'm happy to continue care with them. The Dr. is really wonderful and I'll put up with the staff just do keep her. They are kind and nice people just not efficient.
