Most people here were nice. But 1 employee was super rude and yelled at me like I was stupid when I asked if I could do a size exchange (which another nicer employee helped me with later.) I never met a mean cast member until now.

Lots of great deals on Disney merch. If you wear a small or xsmall it is a veritable heaven. Lots of clothes for you. Remarkable markdowns on Dooney and Bourke. Got a 350 dollar purse for 100 dollars.

A Cast Member can bring as many people as they want. You just have to stay with your guests for the whole shopping period that they're there. Guests can pay for themselves unless a CM is using the holiday coupon (if you have one).
Yes you can but someone needs to be a cast member. For property control is a no for kids

Hello, this store is only open to Disney employees, and their guests. Currently the employee/spouse presents and scans their ID, at which point they (and guests, if any) are allowed in. There have been times where an employee can get people in without being there, but does not happen often. The building itself has a discount merchandise part and an additional store that is employees only. Won't even get started on property control. There have been other discount stores featuring park merchandise in the past, don't know if any exist right now, but look online, may find one. Last thing, this store operates because they are getting rid of excess merchandise, so sometimes you find cool stuff, but not always, there is a ton of random stuff that you probably would never want. So, don't feel like you are missing out on something.
The month of November is Friends and Family. Your cast member gets two tickets they can give to friends and family that allows two adults in without the cast member to shop and purchase.
