Costumer service is horrible !! Wrong orders , wrong SQ footage in orders , front desk guy Eric unhelpful and it takes almost an hour to find out what is going on!! One more hour will take to pack just 40 SQ feet of tile !!! And in the end of this ----- missing one box of the tile ????!!!!!😵 I've been told that I need to drive all the way to different location in Fairfield to get that box but it'll be a different shade of color and try to mix it ??!???!!!!!!😡
