I had a window on the side of my garage with a huge crack in it and I needed it replaced quickly, before it broke completely. I called Southgate and had an appointment for first thing the next morning and they replaced it the same day they did the estimate, since they had a piece of glass available that was appropriate for the job. Our tech who came out (I'm so sorry, I forgot his name) was extremely polite and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them for future jobs, and recommend them to friends and family.

I'm not sure you can call them and they give you a quote over the phone and have the glass ready for you when you get there
