The service at the front desk is terrible. The fact that they don’t do any patient satisfaction surveys speaks volumes. Every time I come here I am treated like I’m the enemy and I’m not welcome. Rarely have I been treated so poorly anywhere. Unfortunately it seems to be the lab of choice by all providers without and insurance. If you can go somewhere else do it!

This lab has great staff! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to getting my blood drawn, and at my last visit there was an issue with my Dr’s order (no fault of the lab) which would have sent me into a panic attack if not for how helpful and understanding the receptionist and technicians were being. I’ll be coming back here for all of my future labwork. *update* came back one year later and had Dixie as my phlebotomist, she did awesome!!! Super patient and kind.
